By downloading, installing, or using TimerFit ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TimerFit is a local-first fitness timer application that allows users to create, customize, and track workout routines entirely on their device. No account is required to use the App.

3. Health and Safety Disclaimer

• TimerFit is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.
• Calorie calculations and fitness metrics are estimates only and may not be accurate for all users.
• Consult with a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.
• Use of the App for exercise is at your own risk. Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain or discomfort.

4. User Content and Data

• All data you create within the App is stored exclusively on your device.
• You retain full ownership of all content you create. We do not claim any ownership over your workout data or customizations.
• You are responsible for backing up your own data. We do not provide cloud backup or sync services.

5. Premium Features and Subscriptions

• Certain features may require a premium subscription or in-app purchase.
• Subscription fees are charged through your App Store or Google Play account.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds are handled according to App Store and Google Play policies.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.

7. Intellectual Property

• The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by TimerFit and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our express written permission.

8. Privacy and Data Collection

• Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
• TimerFit is a local-first application. No account is required, and your data remains on your device.
• We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to any server.
• We do not sell your information to third parties.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
• We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TimerFit and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the App.
• Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

• You may cease using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
• Uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data.
• We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any part of its functionality at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Severability
