TimerFit ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

2. Information We Collect

TimerFit is designed to work without requiring you to create an account. We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or passwords.

2.1. Local Data

All data you create is stored locally on your device using a SQLite database:

• Workout configurations and timers
• Workout history and completion data
• App preferences (theme, language, sound settings)
• Habit tracking data
• User metrics for calorie calculations (weight, height, age, gender)

2.2. RevenueCat

For in-app purchases and subscription management, we use RevenueCat. RevenueCat may assign an anonymous identifier to your device to manage your entitlement status. No personal information is shared with RevenueCat beyond what is necessary to process your purchases.

2.3. Photos and Media

With your permission, we may access your device's photo gallery solely for the purpose of customizing your workout images. These images remain on your device and are not uploaded to any server.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

1. Provide and maintain the App's core functionality (timers, workouts, history)
2. Store your preferences locally on your device
3. Calculate fitness metrics and calorie estimates based on locally stored data
4. Process in-app purchases through RevenueCat
5. Improve the App's performance and user experience
6. Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1. Local-Only Storage

TimerFit is a local-first application. All your workout data, settings, and preferences are stored exclusively on your device using a SQLite database. No data is transmitted to our servers.

4.2. No Cloud Storage

We do not store any of your personal data, workout data, or preferences on remote servers. There are no user accounts, and no data is synced to the cloud.

4.3. Security Measures

Since all data remains on your device, its security is governed by your device's built-in security features (device encryption, screen lock, etc.). We recommend using your device's security settings to protect your data.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

5.1. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

5.2. Third-Party Services

The only third-party service we use is RevenueCat for processing in-app purchases. RevenueCat processes payments on behalf of Apple App Store and Google Play Store and does not receive any personal information beyond anonymous identifiers required for purchase verification.

5.3. Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to:

• Comply with legal obligations
• Protect our rights and safety
• Prevent fraud or abuse
• Respond to government requests

6. Your Privacy Rights

Since TimerFit does not collect or store personal data on servers, most traditional privacy rights are managed directly by you through the App:

• You can delete all your local data at any time through the Settings page
• You can export your workout history as a JSON file
• You can uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data
• You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

7. Data Retention

• Your data is retained on your device for as long as you keep the App installed.
• Deleting the App from your device will remove all locally stored data.
• You can also delete all data at any time through the "Delete All Data" option in Settings.
• Anonymous usage statistics, if collected, may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

• TimerFit is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
• If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
• Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us with information should contact us.

9. International Data Transfers

Since TimerFit stores all data locally on your device and does not transmit data to our servers, no international data transfers of personal information occur as a result of using the App. In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) and Google (Play Store) in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

10. Cookies and Tracking

• We do not use cookies or any tracking technologies in the App.
• We use local device storage to remember your preferences and app settings.
• We do not engage in any form of behavioral tracking or advertising.

11. Third-Party Links

• The App may contain links to third-party websites or services.
